The food was a real highlight, different and tasty every day, and they handled my gluten allergy perfectly. Everyone was so welcoming. I felt right at home.

The staff were so friendly, and breakfast was generous, with special requests taken care of too. My room was spacious, with air conditioning, a balcony and a sea view, and the shower was good. I could park in the hotel courtyard, which gets locked at night. The main drawback is the railway right beside the hotel. Trains pass very close to the balcony and start running around 5 a.m. The air conditioning is also very loud, with its outdoor units on the balcony. The town felt rather dreary, and outside peak season there was hardly anything happening. The nearby beach is stony.

Teresa and her staff made us feel looked after throughout our stay, and the family-friendly atmosphere worked well for us and our one-and-a-half-year-old daughter. We were on full board, and the food was fabulous. You can choose meat or fish to suit your preference. I especially liked the pasta with Calabrian pesto, the parmigiana, and all the fish dishes. Our air-conditioned room had a sea view, and with the beach just a few steps away, it was easy to relax even with a little one. It was a wonderful, restful stay.
