We had breakfast at the Grand Hotel Arenzano on our last morning, and the buffet had lots of excellent quality products. Melissa was extremely kind, and the staff throughout our stay were welcoming and attentive. The apartment was clean and had every comfort. My husband, our one-year-old son, and I had a wonderful three days here. We got back today and will definitely come again. Thank you so much!

The apartment was very comfortable, spotless, and tastefully furnished, with new furnishings. The automatic gate worked by remote control, and there was a covered parking space. The kitchen had the basics, which was fine. A few small things could help: a mirror by the double bedroom vanity, and a bedside light in the single bedroom. The shutters were hard to open and close. We only stayed a few days and didn't cook, but after using two glasses it seemed silly to run the dishwasher, and we hadn't brought dish soap or cloths for just two days. A small sponge, paper towels, dish soap, and degreaser would be useful. These aren't complaints, just suggestions. An excellent place to stay.

We found the staff friendly and helpful, and there was covered parking. Our two-room apartment was modern and roomy, with a pleasant terrace looking onto the street. It was quiet, and everything was very well maintained. We visited for a weekend in low season, when accommodation was still available. The location was excellent.

Our ground-floor apartment had a private garden, tasteful furnishings, and stayed very cool. We spent a lovely week there with my sister, my 86-year-old mother, and our dog. The beach was small but beautiful and well-maintained. Young staff ran the shuttle to the beach, and they were very friendly and helpful.
