My husband and I spent three days in this little gem, and the owner’s kindness really stayed with us. He did everything he could to accommodate us, and we felt at home. Good people do exist. The place was so clean, and everything seemed new. I don’t usually write reviews since experiences are subjective, but this one was beyond positive. Thank you so much, Maurizio. I hope we can come back soon. We’d give it a 10.

I almost cried when it was time to leave. We came to Arezzo as a family for my mother’s surgery, and I found this lovely apartment on Google, just steps from the clinic. It felt like home right away. Maurizio was always friendly and available, and both owners were wonderful. Everything was impeccably clean, with all the essentials, even laundry soap. A great alternative to the cold, expensive hotels nearby. Highly recommended!

We were four, two adults and two children, and stayed four days at B&B A Due Passi in Arezzo. The rooms were spacious, warm, clean and fresh, with every comfort. It’s close to the city center, two supermarkets and two main parking lots, so getting to the historic center was easy. Maurizio and his partner were kind, always available, and made sure we had everything we needed, including taking care of all our requests. See you soon!

The coffee machine with pods was a nice bonus, and the private parking and strategic location made things easy. The apartment was tidy and well kept, with thoughtful details and truly meticulous cleanliness. Such a pleasant find. The owner was kind, helpful, and made sure nothing was missing.
