The owner is very nice, and the wine they make here is genuinely good. This is an authentic agroturismo in a quiet, private-feeling spot with lovely views and a great pool, perfect for relaxing or taking trips to Montepulciano, Pineza, Siena, and Florence. Getting there means traveling 3 km along a gravel road through vineyards and olive trees, which makes the place feel remote and secluded.

The apartment had what I needed, including a kitchen, dishes, hot water, Wi-Fi, and a separate bedroom. In the morning, the pool is only a few steps away, and the property has excellent local wine. It’s a peaceful place for relaxing and a good base for exploring Tuscany. The 2.5 km gravel access road is the only downside. I recommend it.

Surrounded by woods and vineyards, the location has breathtaking views and real peace and quiet. The cool evening breeze is lovely. Well done, Mr. Fabio!
