We stopped by to say hello to some friends who were also American and in Italy at the same time as us. We were on our way to Orvieto. It’s a nice little pizza trattoria.

The breakfast was fabulous, with delicious pastries served in a beautiful café in the square. The room was lovely, the welcome was warm, and the location is convenient, just steps from the city’s main attractions. Everything was perfect. A really positive experience, and we’ll be back!

The room was huge and very clean, and the bathroom had a modern, comfortable shower. The bed was comfortable too. My one possible downside was the noise outside, which felt as though it were in the bedroom. Maurizio was thoughtful and helpful: he sent parking instructions before I arrived so I could avoid the restricted traffic zone, then even drove me to the B&B, though it’s only a ten-minute walk away. The location is excellent, right by Piazza Grande and Corso Italia, with all of Arezzo’s attractions walkable. Breakfast was included at Caffè Vasari in Piazza Grande, and it was delicious. Water, tea, herbal teas, and coffee were available too. Maurizio also suggested the sights I shouldn’t miss and some good restaurants. The price was fair. Thank you, Maurizio, and see you soon!

The real bonus is Maurizio. I stayed at another property he managed two years ago, and he was an attentive, kind, and helpful host again this year. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. Right in the heart of Arezzo, it’s handy for exploring the city and going for evening walks. Highly recommended!
