It's a large house with everything ready to use, including free parking and wifi. The only issue was some insects in the room, like bees.

Mr. Fabio was so kind and helpful. We stayed in the apartment for two nights and really recommend it: it's clean, spacious, and only steps from Porta San Clemente, so getting to the center of Arezzo is easy.

I only stayed one night, but the apartment was clean, very spacious, and had everything I could want. I'll definitely stay here again if I'm back in Arezzo.

We had a wonderful three-night stay. The place is spacious, very well equipped, and clean, and you can walk to the historic center easily from its strategic location.
