The location is the one real plus, especially if you're traveling or just passing through. The neighborhood feels suburban, and a lot of people we saw had unfriendly expressions. We arrived with our bags and a stroller, then had to go up four flights because the elevator key was inside the house. The room was bare and very dated, so it could use an update. The owner also kept dropping hints about the refrigerator noise and using too much water. I won't be back.

The apartment was spotless, and the owner was very kind, though she took a little while to arrive. There's a paid parking lot nearby, which worked well for us since we were driving. The place is about 15-20 minutes from the historic center, a good spot for me because I was heading to the markets. The whole apartment had a strong incense-like smell, a bit too much for my taste. The building is old, and the rooms still have a 1950s look, but they've all been renovated. There's a freight elevator in the building. The neighborhood is suburban, so I wouldn't want to be alone there in the evenings.

The room matched its description and had what we needed, and the owner was helpful and kind. The property itself is nice and fairly close to the center. There was one recurring issue, though: a smell from the entrance hall up the building stairs, and again in the bathroom. It seems there may be a drainage problem.

It was a good price, and the room was nice, though a little cold at first. I switched on the heaters and it warmed up fine. It's near the station, but about a twenty-minute walk from the center. They took me to the station. I found better places, but they had drawbacks like shared bathrooms. Another place I'd reserved on Booking.com turned out to be full.

There was a roomy, clean bathroom and a refrigerator in the room, though it made a bit of noise. The furnishings were simple, clean, and practical. The apartment is on the second floor of a building, around a 15-minute walk from Arezzo's historic center.
