The decor is simple and classical, with an easy, pleasant feel, almost like a doll house. The food was simple but good.

We slept really well because our room was quiet at night, clean, and cozy. The manager was friendly and helpful. The B&B is centrally placed, an easy walk from the city center, and conveniently located from the train station.

The owner met me when I arrived, then stayed available by phone whenever I needed help, although he wasn't at the property. I recommend this place for a few days in Arezzo. It's only steps from the city center, and the room was spacious, with a clean bathroom and a large shower. I was glad to find a hairdryer. The shower drained very slowly, though, and the WiFi wouldn't activate even with the password. Maybe it was just a problem that day. Washing dishes also got a bit watery because of the slow drain. Nothing special, though.

The top-floor property was brand new, with a spacious, well-equipped double room and a lovely city view. The room could also be used by one person. Breakfast was excellent, with sweet items and savory choices available on request. I wanted somewhere near central Arezzo but outside the restricted traffic zone, and this worked out perfectly. It's very close to the historic center and one of the city's many paid parking lots. We'll definitely return.
