There’s a Penny supermarket just around the corner, and the old town is about a 15-minute walk away. The apartment has the things you need, including an espresso machine with refills, and street parking is free. Monica and the others were so hospitable, even leaving us a white Chianti as a souvenir. Thanks especially for warning us ahead of time about street cleaning days. It saved me a 30 euro fine.

We had a great stay. The apartment has a single bedroom with two beds and another with a double, along with a kitchen, coffee maker, dishwasher, fridge, washing machine, Wi-Fi, computer, and TV. It was spotless and very well looked after, and the owners were so friendly. The location made things easy, with the center, train station, and supermarket all nearby.

Loriana and Ramon were kind and full of helpful local information and anecdotes, and they even left us a bottle of red wine. Their B&B is a huge, quiet apartment with a washing machine, dishwasher, shower, bath, bidet, and Wi-Fi, plus free parking below. It’s only steps from central Arezzo. Wonderful place, highly recommended.

Even in the city, the property stays peaceful and quiet, and it was clean and had all the comforts. Loriana was a particularly kind, professional owner. Highly recommend it.
