I wouldn’t recommend this place. The owners came into our room several times a day without permission, and the bedding was used and unclean. They also demanded cash for different extra reasons. It felt like we were being watched nearly all day, which was especially unsettling for the women in our group. The older man working there would unlock the door and walk right in, or sometimes just loiter outside the rooms. It sounds ridiculous, but that’s what happened.

We had a nice room with an en-suite single-bed area and a spacious bathroom. The woman who helped us check in was very helpful, and the garden is beautiful, with a pool too. I’d recommend it to anyone!

The view was amazing, and the accommodation was comfortable. They welcomed us warmly, bikes and all.

We stayed for two nights with our family of 13 and wished we could have stayed longer. The property is a 1600s farmhouse turned into quaint hotel rooms and family suites, with lovely grounds and a peaceful, refreshing pool. After a week touring Venice and Rome, it was just what we needed, and it really gave us that Tuscan feel. The views are amazing, including from the breakfast room. They offer complimentary breakfast each morning overlooking the Tuscan countryside. Nicola and Mariangelo, the keepers, were friendly and helpful. Nicola brought drinks to us by the pool and suggested a very good local restaurant. Siena and the wineries in Montepulciano are a short drive away. If we come back to Tuscany, we’ll stay here again.
