The rooms are great, spacious and modern, and the bathrooms are modern too. Having both European 2/3-hole and USA charging ports was really helpful. I wasn't sure yet what breakfast would be like tomorrow. Update: Breakfast was terrible. There was nothing to eat and no variety.

The rooms are big and modern, and the price for what you get is hard to beat. It's one of the nicest hotels I've stayed in, especially at that price. The front desk helped me sort out an issue, and I'll stay here again. My favorite hotel in Italy.

I've stayed here many times, and whenever I'm in Arezzo I feel at home. The staff are wonderful people, the rooms are large and clean, and breakfast is okay. It's a nice place to stay, about five minutes from the center.

Stay away from this hotel if you want to enjoy your time in Italy. The rooms aren't secure. They take your money and passport from the room, and you never get them back. The service and food are bad, there's no hygiene or service, and breakfast is served in a conference room. The rooms are noisy and dirty. This isn't a hotel, a hostel would be better. That's why the hotel discounts the rooms and food.

The restaurant was good and the food was nice. The hotel itself is very basic and seems like it was built a long time ago without getting an update. Rooms still use keys, the AC doesn't work, and the bathroom doors won't close.
