The location is nice, and the accommodation has an old-fashioned charm. The staff were very friendly. The bed does need replacing, though.

A real oasis during our road trip through Tuscany, from Trieste to Ancona.

The welcome was warm, and the owner was extremely kind. They offered us two rooms side by side instead of placing us in the two separate buildings, which are about 100 meters apart. The agriturismo is a few minutes from Arezzo, with the main farmhouse and villa in one building and the pool in an annex. I stayed in the annex, where the saltwater pool was wonderful and there were always loungers free. My room was spacious and entered through French windows. One small issue is that neither the bedroom nor the bathroom has a proper window. Cleanliness was quite good, though the outdoor areas could be tidier. Breakfast was excellent at €5, charged separately from the room, and there’s free parking.
