Breakfast is a real highlight here. The staff pay attention to what you like and remember our preferences, serving everything with such care. The restaurant is worth recommending too, with delicious, high-quality food in a relaxed setting. This was our second stay at the beautiful hotel and estate, and we again felt at home. The people working here are even more wonderful than the place itself. Our room was cleaned every day, the bed linen was neatly arranged, and the minibar was restocked daily with water and juice. We also got to use the large pool this time. Its water was crystal clear. I read a review from a woman who said she paid for a 4-star hotel but got only 3-star service. That's absolutely untrue in my experience. Of all the 3-star hotels we've stayed in, this is the only one where the service is well above a 4-star level.

Gina at the front desk went out of her way to help us work out how to get our antiques market purchases home. She certainly didn't have to do that. It's a great example of how helpful the staff were during our couple of days in Arezzo. The hotel also has a restaurant attached, and it felt like one of the city's highlights. We had a wonderful fine dining experience there.

The restaurant was a standout, with dishes celebrating local flavours and impeccable service. When we arrived and most places nearby were closed, they even made us homemade sandwiches with local prosciutto and cheese. A lovely gesture. We felt genuinely welcome at La Capanne from the minute we arrived. Every day the room was cleaned perfectly, and the minibar was refilled with complimentary water and Coca-Cola. On a chilly day, we returned from an outing to find the room warm. The staff had left the power card in so we'd come back to a cosy room. They also have several car chargers, which we used daily. The price was more than fair and comparable to supercharger prices. Every interaction with the team was kind and sincere. La Capanne has an authentic, home-away-from-home feel, surrounded by Tuscan beauty. We can't wait to return. Thank you for such a memorable stay. Boris & Lela

The food at the restaurant was delicious, with care put into every dish. The owners and staff were friendly and always ready to help. I really enjoyed our stay and would gladly come back. Highly recommend.
