Right in central Ariccia, the place is clean and tidy and the location is excellent. Parking under the house is free from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM, and outside those hours it rotates by the hour.

The terrace view is spectacular, and the location is hard to beat. We’re back for another stay, so I wanted to update my review: the apartment is still welcoming, quiet, clean, and equipped with everything we need. Highly recommend it.

We had a great stay at Mrs. Francesca’s apartment. It was welcoming and very clean.

That terrace has a wonderful view all the way to the sea. We spent one night in this beautiful, clean, well-organized apartment in the heart of Ariccia, which is a great base for seeing the surrounding area. I’d gladly stay here again.
