We were really delighted by how friendly and helpful the property managers were. The welcome felt comparable to a 4-star hotel. The room came with everything: gas kitchenette and sink, fridge and freezer, television, air conditioning, bathroom towels, soap, shower gel and hairdryer, clean sheets, several pillows, and heavy blankets in the closet. They also provided free WiFi, a bottle of still water, tea bags and sugar, which we appreciated. The weak point is the windows. You can hear everything outside, especially cars and motorcycles passing at all hours. If you're used to a quiet place, the noise can be annoying and make it feel as though you've left the window open. Morning light comes through the curtains, though I didn't find that a major issue.

The location is very convenient, just 5 minutes from the beautiful beaches of Arma di Taggia, with private parking, supermarkets, bars and grocery shops all within 5 minutes. There's air conditioning, and one bedroom has a kitchenette. It was excellent, though a little noisy from the busy road below, but bearable.

The room was so spacious and peaceful, and the bathroom was just as big and clean. We noticed the warm welcome, the cleanliness, and the furnishings right away. Secure parking too, and the public beach is only steps away. Excellent.

A 10-minute walk gets you to the sea, and the place is easy to reach. It has what you need to sleep and cool off, including a small fridge and TV. Clean, and that's plenty for me.

Everything else was fine, and the location is good. Having parking for the car is a big plus around here. A washing machine and a larger table would be useful too.
