Velia makes you feel like family, sharing her delicacies and offering thoughtful tips on the city, its monuments, anniversaries and events, and the best trattoria for sagne e fagioli, a type of pasta with beans. I already thought Mr. Franco sounded kind and considerate when we spoke by phone, and Velia's generosity and empathy confirmed that impression. This B&B was a lovely surprise in the center of Arpino. It's on the second floor of an old building, and the rooms are spacious and carefully maintained. It really does feel like home.

We spent a weekend in Arpino at this lovely property overlooking the town center. It was very clean, the owners were kind, and breakfast was fantastic. I absolutely recommend it.

The rooms were delightful and spotlessly clean, and the staff treated us with such warmth that we felt at ease, almost as if our own parents were looking after us. The place fits beautifully into the small village, with politeness and friendliness at its heart. Excellent location. I highly recommend it, and we'll definitely return.
