Casa Mattei is clean every time, the Wi-Fi, heat and AC all work well, and the price is fair. I’ve stayed here often and plan to keep coming back. Gina and Costantino are kind, helpful hosts. The location works especially well for us. There’s plenty of parking, and close by are a great bar across the street with a weekday tavola calda, grocery stores, restaurants, a laundromat, waterfalls and a terrific porchetta panino shop. Don’t miss their lovely olive oil and wines.

Gina and her husband are lovely, always smiling, helpful and ready to respond to any request. Their care for guests is obvious. They also gave us personal tips on places to visit and eat, and we found some fantastic spots we wouldn’t have come across otherwise. The property is immaculate and very well maintained, in a quiet area that makes it easy to relax. Our rooms were spotless, comfortable and tastefully furnished. We stayed with our two small dogs, and they were welcomed without any trouble, which we really appreciated. Breakfast at the bar just across from the property was convenient too. A pleasant stay in every way, with excellent value for money. Highly recommended for anyone wanting a quiet, welcoming, pet-friendly place run with professionalism and friendliness. The place was comfortable and quiet, and the owners were kind and available whenever we had a request. The service was great, from breakfast at the café across the street to their advice on what to see and where to eat. Highly recommend it.
