We felt at home right away. The host was there for any questions or needs, and the apartment was big, clean, and comfortable. It's a great spot for exploring Umbria, with the cascata delle marmore very close by. There's a pool and mountain bikes for things to do, and the quiet countryside and cool Umbrian evenings were just what we wanted. We'll definitely come back!

The apartment was clean and generally nice, with kitchenware, though there was no tableware, and the bathroom had no extractor fan. The outdoor pool was pleasant, but its bottom wasn't clean, and the outdoor shower only had cold water. There is plenty of unattended parking right across from the property. Since it's at the foot of a hill, small insects, including scorpions, may turn up in the bedroom or bathroom. The owner was very kind and helpful, and the property sits among beautiful Umbrian hills, near shops, services, and attractions like the Marmore Falls.

The owners were so kind and helpful, and the place felt welcoming, clean, and thoughtfully furnished. Il Nasciolo is tucked into nature and is a lovely spot to relax, then explore Terni and the surrounding area. Highly recommended!

We were seven and had the private pool mostly to ourselves. The apartments were comfortable and clean, and the quiet, nature-filled setting was lovely. We worried it might be too hot without air conditioning, but it turned out not to be needed. The location also worked well for seeing the village and the beautiful waterfalls. Thanks to Pierluigi and his wife for being kind, discreet, and helpful throughout. Highly recommended.
