Diana Rooms

We had a lovely view of Artena from our room, which was clean and nice, and the staff were welcoming. The area is beautiful, with a large parking lot and a really pleasant, welcoming restaurant and bar. The only downside was the shower. The bathroom is small and there wasn't even a curtain, so washing meant getting the whole room wet, which isn't very convenient. For a one-night stay it was fine. I don't know if the showers are open like that in every room. Otherwise, it was a very pleasant stay.

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful, and the price was good, with convenient access to the highway. The room was clean, had air conditioning, and looked nice, but the bed was very low and the mattress wasn't especially comfortable. There were no toiletries, just a shower stall. Breakfast was at a local café outside the property, with only croissants and coffee.

They emailed me the night before to say a technical error had led to my room being cancelled, and that there was no room for me. I was travelling with a newborn and suddenly had nowhere to stay the next day. I'm sorry, but this deserves a very negative rating. You just can't handle things like this.

My girlfriend and I were really happy with our stay at Diana Rooms. The owner, Alessandra, was polite, friendly, and always around to sort out any small problems. Since we didn't know the area, she also suggested restaurants and places to visit. The guesthouse is right next to the Valmontone outlet and Rainbow Magicland, so if I get back to that area, I already know where I'll stay. Our modern rooms were always tidy and clean, with air conditioning, a small balcony with a table and chairs, a fridge, and a TV. The guesthouse is above a bar/restaurant that I thought was very cute, elegant, and refined. We had breakfast there each morning as part of the room, and the quality was very good. I'd highly recommend it. My rating is 100/100. Thank you! :)
