This isn't an RCI club. It was a horrible hostel experience in the studios, with shouting, music, alcohol, people kicking doors and ringing doorbells, and marijuana being smoked in the hallways, all in the middle of the night. We left early.

Bring soap, shampoo, and dish soap, since none are provided in the room. You'll also need cash because they don't take electronic payments. If you plan to sleep here, bed sheets and towels cost an extra €30 per person per week. The internet is very slow, even on a phone data plan, and the Wi-Fi may not reach your room. The room has radiators, but it's a gamble whether they'll work. One in mine didn't. There are blankets in storage, though they aren't washed or cleaned, so dust allergies could be a problem. The place is right on the ski slopes, but during our January week they were open only once, for three hours. There's little to do nearby apart from a small bar and cafe. This felt like what you'd expect from a one-star resort, though the staff were nice. Maybe they understood our situation.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the mountain setting is stunning at any time of year. Still, this place should be a good off-season getaway, but it isn't. It may have been all right once, but now it's pretty shabby. Don't expect peace and quiet: most rooms face courtyards, and sounds echo loudly inside if the windows are open. There's also a show in the game room at 9 every night, loud enough to carry into the rooms. The drive up or down the mountain takes nearly 20 minutes on a narrow road full of sharp curves.

A lovely resort with restaurants, shops, walking routes, and other areas close by. The apartments were clean, furnished well enough, and had the equipment we needed. The owners were friendly, and the staff were very welcoming and helpful. It was a perfect place to stay for an active holiday.

The view is the one thing this place has going for it. The room was dirty, there was no AC, and the noise from a drinking party went on until 4 a.m. With the windows shut it was unbearably hot, so there wasn't a way to escape the noise. The parking area was bad, and it felt unsafe after dark because the hallways and parking area were so dim. It's also a 30-minute drive up the mountain. Worst hotel stay I've ever had.
