We found this place by chance after seeing its great reviews, and it lived up to what we'd hoped for. The view over Arvier and the mountains was especially lovely in the morning light, and the historic center nearby is well worth seeing. The property is near that center and beside a disused railway line. We stayed in the recently renovated first-floor apartment for five. It had a living room, a kitchen, and a beautiful exposed wooden ceiling. The rooms were clean and well equipped, with furnishings and utensils that had a typical mountain feel. Arvier was an excellent spot for visiting the Aosta Valley, especially its castles. The staff were friendly, courteous, and helpful. I'd gladly return.

The owner was friendly, and the house was spotless. But Apartment 1 is underground, right next to a road used by both cars and pedestrians. That felt absurd.

Henri was wonderful and incredibly helpful. His hand-drawn maps were worth far more than the ones in official guidebooks! 😆 The apartment was simple but charming, practical, and especially clean. Its location worked perfectly for us as we like exploring new places. Enchanting valleys are only a 15-minute drive away, or half an hour at most.

These are very nice apartments, right in the middle of the valley. From here it's halfway between Courmayeur and Aosta, which makes a great base for summer excursions and the different ski areas in winter.
