I booked at the last minute and found the room clean and practical. Breakfast was very good, and there's a trattoria just a three-minute walk away for dinner. There's also a room for storing bikes, which is a real bonus if you're cycling in the area. The receptionist offered me water to wash my bike and even lent me shoes for the walk to the restaurant. I really appreciated the help. Thanks!

The staff were kind and pleasant every day, and anything we asked for was brought right away. We slept well for six nights at this fantastic hotel. Breakfast was very good, with typical local products, and free parking was available for the car. If we return to Valle d'aosta, we'll stay here again.

The rooms were good and breakfast was too, but the service stood out most. You can tell it's a family-run hotel. After checkout I realized I'd left a bag of dirty laundry in the closet. I called and said I'd pick it up the next day, but the owner tracked down which hotel our group had moved to and delivered the bag herself. Somehow she'd also washed and folded everything. Wow!

Arvier is lovely, and a great starting point for enjoying the valleys nearby. The family knows how to make guests feel welcome: they're down to earth, kind, engaging, and know the area well. The bedding was delightful too.

I've stayed here a couple of times now, and it's always friendly and welcoming. The rooms are clean and the beds are really good. I usually sleep badly when I travel, but at Hotel Ruitor I actually sleep well. Grazie mille, hope I can come back in September.
