A wonderful view and a quiet night, with everything clean and very modern. We only stayed one night but were absolutely delighted. Highly recommended!

The shower could use a shelf for shower gel and similar things, which would make it handier. Otherwise, this new place was welcoming, with very kind and helpful staff. Parking was convenient, including on the street. Its location is strategic, only about a 10-minute drive from anywhere. I'd stay here again if I returned to the area.

Marco and his wife, the young owners, deserve top marks for the way they welcomed us. The lovely touch was a welcome aperitif with cured meats and a bottle of Sardinian white wine, followed by a bottle of red and Sardinian sweets. Breakfast was plentiful, with a coffee and tea maker too. The room had a super-comfortable bed, a spacious walk-in shower, air conditioning, a small minibar, and a safe. There was also an outdoor table and chairs for relaxing. Everything felt thoughtfully arranged, and the modern, brand-new property was exceptionally clean, with all those little details that make a difference. The location was handy, 15-20 minutes from Porto Cervo, Porto Quatu, and the area's beautiful beaches. I travel often, and this place has nothing to envy of a four-star hotel. We spent around ten days at this family-run place and found it peaceful and comfortable. The owners were kind, and the rooms were spacious, quiet, very clean, and comfortable. The recently built property uses quality materials. It's on a quiet internal road, just a few minutes' walk from the center of Arzachena and close to an exceptional café and pastry shop. From town, the main tourist attractions and seaside resorts are 15-20 minutes away. I'd highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing vacation.
