Hotel Europa

The room and hotel were spotlessly clean, and the staff made us feel welcome from the minute we arrived. They suggested restaurants nearby and arranged a taxi into the city center. When we had to leave, they even organized transport to the airport for 4:00AM, which made the trip much easier. Really helpful service throughout. Highly recommended!

The morning staff were kind and made an effort to help us, which was the one bright spot. At night, though, the staff weren’t helpful and couldn’t offer effective solutions. Our first room had no electricity or air conditioning, and the final room we were moved to had no internet. The infrastructure was in poor condition, and the stay felt stressful and frustrating instead of restful.

Good breakfast, modernly furnished rooms, and free parking at the hotel. It’s a nice hotel in the suburbs.

Antonio welcomed us with cold drinks while we checked in, a lovely start to our six nights as a family of four in August 2024. All the staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was cleaned perfectly each day while we were out, with fresh towels every time. Breakfast had a nice choice of pastries, bread, meat, cheese, spreads, cereals, and different fruit juices. We loved staying here, with free parking and everything we wanted to visit in the area within a 40-minute drive.
