The people working here were the standout for me. They're genuinely kind, all speak fluent English, and the housekeeping is great. The cleanliness is at a real five-star level. It's a comfortable hotel that suits charming Ascea well. The rooms are great, the bathrooms feel modern, and the showers have very good pressure.

We stayed four nights and the service was awful. The hotel seems focused on making easy money. Breakfast meant cold scrambled eggs every day, very salty bacon, and sour yogurt. They charged us an extra 5 euros for checking out an hour late. I've never come across this kind of hospitality anywhere. Avoid it.

It was clean, modern, and peaceful, with a pool and a terrace for relaxing. The rooms had everything we needed, and breakfast and service were excellent. Best experience I've had at a four-star hotel. I'll come back when I'm in the area again.

I've never had a more relaxing stay in Italy. It's the best luxury hotel in the area for any age, and the closest thing to an all-inclusive resort I've found in Italy. The food and service were a million times better than anything else I've experienced.
