Breakfast had a generous range, from pastries and biscuits to fruit, yogurt, juice, coffee and cappuccino. The owners also shared plenty of useful tips for our stay. We felt looked after from the moment we arrived, and every detail seemed carefully handled. Our room was lovely, with its own bathroom and all the comforts we needed, and the quiet setting made it easy to unwind. Right in central Ascea and close to the sea, it felt like a little haven. Even though we only stayed briefly, we left feeling refreshed and would definitely return.

The rooms were kept clean throughout, and breakfast was generous, with delicious cakes baked by Mrs. Imma. Luigi and Imma are wonderful people, and the whole stay felt genuinely peaceful and pleasant. We'd be very happy to come back.

The terrace has a lovely sea view, and the villa itself is elegant and very well cared for. It's also close to the archaeological site of Velia. The owners were so friendly and ready to help, and breakfast came with excellent homemade desserts.

We stayed in the annex beside the main building, and the mattresses there could use an upgrade. From what I've seen in reviews, the rooms may be a better choice. I also think the number of ants and other unwelcome visitors calls for a one-time pest treatment, especially given the location and all the attractive plants. That said, Luigi, his wife and their son Andrea made us feel very welcome, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The homemade cakes at breakfast were superb. It's only a 5-6 minute walk to the sea, and the quiet, uncrowded surroundings are great for a relaxing stay.
