Residence Leccio

Residence Leccio is quiet, clean, and well cared for, and makes a handy base for the Sienese hills or the permanent Eroica route. It’s only 2 km from the route, with an easy downhill ride back to it, a nice way to start the day with a light pedal. The rooms are proper mini-apartments, with all the comforts you need to relax after a day in the saddle. Cristina, the owner, is kind, welcoming, and always available, even for the most unusual questions from a visiting cyclist. A lovely choice if you enjoy white roads, Tuscan climbs, and a genuine welcome.

We had a great time and the owner was genuinely kind and attentive. The residence was very clean, had everything we needed, and there was parking. It’s above a bar and conveniently placed for visiting the towns around Siena, just 8 km from the Rapolano thermal baths. We only stayed two days, which was a shame. We’ll be back soon. Thanks again. Free parking and a strategic location. Cristina at reception is a wonderful person. Our room was spacious, clean, and equipped with every comfort. There’s also a special offer with a good restaurant in the centre. Highly recommended!

At Residence Leccio, the quiet Tuscan hills made mornings feel special, and the calm surroundings helped me recharge after Carnival. I spent two days in Asciano for the festivities, which are lovely but tiring, and the place gave me the energy to face the next day. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel like part of a big family. The hospitality was impeccable, and the setting is beautiful. It’s a wonderful spot to feel at home in nature. I can’t wait to come back.
