Donatella was so kind, even getting up early to make us a generous, delicious breakfast, which you don't often get at a B&B. The modern apartment felt really welcoming, and the care put into the details and cleanliness was clear right away. It's in a quiet spot just minutes from Ascoli Piceno. We had a delightful stay and will definitely be back!

Donatella was thoughtful and attentive to what we needed. We stayed two nights and were very pleased. The property was spotless, and breakfast was fresh and plentiful. Thank you, Donatella.

The living room gets lovely morning sun and is really bright, which I especially appreciated. The apartment is new, clean, and well laid out, and breakfast was nicely prepared. The owner, Mrs. Donatella, was welcoming and helpful without intruding. The location is very convenient. I highly recommend it.

Mrs. Donatella made our stay so pleasant and looked after us with real care. She was kind, helpful, attentive, friendly, and discreet. Breakfast was breathtaking, with carefully chosen, top-quality products. The rooms were clean and well equipped, and the attention to detail really made a difference. Even the linens still smelled fresh after we'd used them. I've never stayed at a B&B like this.

The breakfast had very little to choose from, which was far less than I expected after reading the reviews. The pillows were too flat and really uncomfortable. I'm sorry, but I found the place disappointing, from the rooms to breakfast. I won't be back.
