The location is good, and the room was nice, very clean, and served with courtesy. Marcella's tart was delicious. Coffee is available from a moka pot or pods in a coffee machine. I'd suggest adding teas other than decaffeinated tea, and offering honey as a sweetener or instead of jam.

Tea, herbal tea, chamomile, and coffee are easy to make in the kitchen, and there's room to store food and water we bought. The B&B is family-run and feels wonderfully homey, like a grandmother's house. It's in an old building in Ascoli Piceno's historic center, about ten meters from the main street. Everything is spotless and carefully looked after, and breakfast is excellent, often made by Mrs. Marcella.

The owner was a delight, and we’d be happy to come back. We felt warmly welcomed, the place was comfortable and impeccably clean, and breakfast was authentic, with an excellent crostata.

The Italian breakfast was nothing special. The rooms were very clean, though, and the location puts you steps from the main sights and the city's social scene.
