Gianluca made us feel right at home with a warm, almost magical welcome. We had a wonderful evening at his place, and I'd recommend him to anyone planning dinner with friends in a peaceful, relaxing setting. Thanks from all of us, Gianluca. See you soon.

Gianluca is a special host who really goes out of his way to make your stay memorable. He gave us a simple, very clean apartment with two double bedrooms and a large living room. The B&B is a five-minute drive from the parking lot, where an elevator takes you straight into the city center. It's a nice way to enjoy the quiet countryside while still reaching Ascoli Piceno in moments.

We had a great stay. The place was spotless, and Gianluca, the friendly owner, was very kind and professional. It's well located near the city and has a magnificent view. Breakfast was homemade, generous and nicely prepared. Some furnishings could use an upgrade for more demanding guests, but we were happy with them as they were.
