Giada was there each day with useful advice and a warm smile, and her hospitality made it clear she loves making guests happy. The setting is green and peaceful, just minutes from Assisi, and there’s a fantastic pool in the heart of Mount Subasio. A truly wonderful vacation!

The owners are lovely people who always make their guests feel at home. Breakfast was plentiful and authentic, the rooms and amenities spacious, and everything was very clean. The location is strategic for reaching attractions quickly and exploring some of Umbria’s prettiest villages. A fantastic choice for anyone after simplicity and tranquility. We’ll definitely be back. The owner was so kind and helpful, always ready to answer questions and offer great advice. The rooms were very clean, and the pool was tidy and well kept. Breakfast was authentic and plentiful. Set in nature about 10 minutes from Assisi, the farmhouse is a comfortable place to relax and explore Umbria. Pets are welcome and made to feel welcome too. I highly recommend it.

Giada and her husband made us feel as if we’d known them forever. Their hospitality was top-notch, and the breakfast they served was plentiful and excellent. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the bathroom spacious, and the location beautiful, surrounded by greenery. I highly recommend it if you want to unwind.

Giada is wonderful at looking after guests, and her cooking is another reason to come back. Her homemade cakes and jams are just two of them. Col Cacione is peaceful, clean, and surrounded by nature, with a pool and a cool climate even in August. It’s only a few kilometers from Assisi, and I’d stay whenever I get the chance. Thanks for everything, see you soon!
