The rooms were clean and updated, and the staff were friendly. It's right in central Assisi. We could park nearby overnight and for part of the morning, but non-residents have to park outside Assisi after 10:30 am.

Our room was small but nice. We could hear our neighbour too easily, though, and there wasn't parking nearby, so we had to leave the car outside the city walls.

Such a quiet spot, with great customer care. The little roof terrace has stunning views.

Really good service, though breakfast wasn't available at 7 am.

It beat sleeping out in the woods, at least.
