The hosts fixed a few broken things in our room quickly after we let them know. We stayed two nights in November, and the room was just as advertised and suited our family of four well. The views of Assisi were spectacular, and the location is hard to beat.

Our family had fun riding the bikes and playing with the cats, and the hosts were so kind. You can tell they put a lot into the place. The room and breakfast were great, and the view of Assisi was fantastic in daylight and at night. We didn't mind the 20-minute walk to the attractions. I'd definitely return if I get the chance.

A great base for exploring Umbria, with lovely views over Assisi and Mount Subasio. We walked to both Assisi and Santa Maria degli Angelo, which took 20-30 minutes. Breakfast and coffee were good each morning, and our room was clean and comfortable. The hosts were great, and the farm cats greeted us every day. We'd absolutely recommend staying here.

The hosts were wonderfully kind, and breakfast was delicious. Our room was spacious and clean, with free Wi-Fi, which was a big plus. From the valley there are amazing views of Assisi, and it's a five-minute drive to Assisi and Porziuncola.

Free parking right by the hotel was handy, and the patio has a great view of Assisi. It's only 500 meters from the center. The owner David was friendly, with an angelic-looking family.
