My wife and I spent several days here in August 2018, and the location was excellent. Francesco and Viviana were wonderful, even coming to pick us up from the Assisi train station at night. That personal service meant a lot. I’ve spent a lot of time in Assisi in summer, so I can say the house’s air conditioning was incredible in the heat. Friends of ours from nearby Petrignano came over to make lunch and didn’t want to leave. The beds were very comfortable, and the dining area, kitchen, and charming bathroom were lovely. It’s very close to the centre of Assisi but quiet even at night. Bar San Lorenzo is just steps away. I’d highly recommend staying here.

The apartment at Via San Paolo 14 is spacious and right in the centre of Assisi, with excellent cleanliness, a roomy shower, and a nice set of towels. There were also dishcloths and a sponge for the dishes, and the landlady was friendly and helpful. Since it’s on the first floor and so centrally located, it can get noisy at night. The shower was missing its magnetic seal, and the showerhead had very low water pressure.

We stayed one night at number 14 Via San Paolo in Assisi, and everything suited us perfectly, from the location to the owners’ warm, helpful welcome. The apartment is a little gem, spotlessly clean and equipped with every comfort, with lots of small touches that make it feel special. Congratulations to Mrs. Viviana and her husband Francesco. See you soon!

The Minerva apartment is only steps from Piazza del Comune, a really convenient spot. It was delightful and full of thoughtful details, from the colorful ribbons around the folded towels to the kitchen towels. Everything was spotless, and it had all I needed, including dishes and a hairdryer. In the entrance hallway, LEDs light up an ancient Roman wall. Viviana was kind and always available, and made us feel at home. I’ll definitely come back!

The location was very good, and the place was nice and reasonably clean. The host was very kind and helpful, so I’d recommend it overall. One issue: the shutters wouldn’t close, which means an early wake-up if you’re sensitive to light.
