We missed our first train from Rome, but the owners were happy to meet us later that evening. They even offered to send a cab. They were quick, communicative, and attentive throughout our stay. Breakfast had a remarkable range of sweet and savory choices, and cappuccino was available whenever we wanted it. Our room was spotless and well furnished, with good water pressure and comfortable beds. We loved our stay and hope to return.

A shuttle to the Umbrian farmhouse and pool in the nearby hills was a great perk, especially for families or Franciscan pilgrims. The apartment is ideally placed for walking to the city’s incredible sights. The only downside was some noise with the windows open, since it’s just off two main roads.

The hosts were super nice and helped with everything we needed. We also had a lovely valley view from the window, a delicious breakfast, and very fast internet. The location is very good too. I’d strongly recommend it for a visit to Assisi.
