Assisium Agriturismo

You can hear every little noise from the hallway and neighboring rooms because there's practically no sound insulation, even though they advertise it. That's a shame, since the location and building are nice, though the organization could be better.

It felt like a home away from home. We only spent one night, but the owners made us feel very welcome. Assisi is easy to reach, and being out among the sunflower fields made the location just right. The owners were in the middle of making changes: they'd just opened the beautiful pool and seemed to be getting extra, much-needed parking ready. I wish we'd had longer to stay.

The homemade cakes and freshly squeezed juices made breakfast a real treat, and the room was spotless and just right. Alfredo made us feel completely at home. We’re already thinking of bringing the family on our next trip to Assisi.

At night, the old city lights up on the mountainside, and the view is beautiful. It’s easy to get into Assisi, too. Our room was very clean, the bed comfortable, and the surroundings quiet. The staff were attentive, and breakfast was excellent.
