The hosts are wonderfully warm and attentive, and their hospitality made us feel at home. We spent a week at this cozy B&B nestled in nature, and it was a real gem in Umbria. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and breakfast was delicious and home-cooked. A beautiful, peaceful getaway. Stunning, 10/10.

We felt at home here, and the owners were so kind. We couldn't book an apartment, but they let us use their kitchen to make meals for our 10-month-old baby. We stayed this summer while visiting Umbria, and the accommodation was excellent, whether in a room or a whole apartment. Breakfast was plentiful and very good. The B&B is in a quiet area and still makes a convenient base for touring Umbria. Highly recommended!

San Gregorio is a great base for visiting Assisi, Santa Maria degli Angeli, and Perugia. The property itself is modern, beautiful, and relaxing, tucked among the green Umbrian hills. The owners are kind, courteous, attentive, and always ready to help. Breakfast is generous and plentiful. Highly recommended.

Grazia, Francesca, Filippo, and Hera made it feel like staying with family. Everyone was cheerful, friendly, and welcoming, and the room was comfortable and clean. I was surprised to find a bathtub with sulfur-rich water. It felt like a spa visit! Thank you all!
