There's so much warmth and happiness here! The place is very clean, and breakfast is delicious. Gabriela and her family were always checking that I had the help and support I needed. I traveled with a rental ebike, which seems like a good way for a solo visitor to explore the area and stay here.

We stayed in the apartment and found it very clean. Breakfast had a wide choice of both sweet and savory food, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was excellent and plentiful, and Emiliana was wonderful at making us feel at home. The owner was always available too. It's a lovely, quiet place, new, welcoming, clean, and carefully maintained. Beautiful Assisi made the stay even better.

A great base for Assisi, with Santa Maria degli Angeli five minutes away and Assisi ten minutes away. The rooms are clean and very comfortable, and the owner is excellent at communicating.

We went as a family for Easter and were welcomed so warmly by Eleonora, her husband Mario, and their daughter Martina. The rooms were lovely, clean, and inviting, and breakfast was delicious and mouthwatering. The location works well for visiting Santa Maria degli Angeli and Assisi. Simply wonderful, and we'll definitely be back. Highly recommend it, and compliments to Mr. Leonardo on a wonderful B&B.
