A comfortable, clean place, but the rooms smell of cigarettes. This isn't a bed and breakfast, just rooms for rent.

There are plenty of places to eat nearby, and the owners are really kind. The rooms are clean and cozy. The guesthouse is in a great spot, very close to the Basilica di Santa Maria degli Angeli, with the station only a few minutes away on foot.

The rooms are clean and welcoming, and the owners are always friendly. The location is handy, just steps from the Church of Santa Maria degli Angeli and the bus stop for Assisi, Strazio, the train station, and nearby Franciscan sites.

Mrs. Lucia is very warm and kind. The place is welcoming, clean, and furnished with good taste, right by the Basilica of Santa Maria degli Angeli. Getting around by public transport is easy, and there are restaurants, bars, and ice cream shops close by.

8/10
The owner was attentive and helpful, and the room was clean. The Basilica of Santa Maria degli Angeli is about a five-minute walk away from this very central spot. Assisi is easy to reach by bus too.
