There’s plenty of outdoor space to sit in the sun and enjoy the quiet around Assisi, and the location is handy for both the old city and the train station, with a bus stop right nearby. The rooms are roomy, each with a queen bed, full kitchen and bathroom, plus little breakfast snacks, yogurt, milk and water. Elisabetta went out of her way to help us settle in and feel welcome. This b&b was a highlight of our trip, and we’ll stay here again next time we’re in Assisi.

Elisabetta and the facilities were every bit as memorable as the views. The rooms are modern, very clean and well priced, and Elisabetta is there each day. She was attentive, kind, and always available when we had questions. She and her mother even brought us two homemade meals. We were about a 15-minute walk from the city walls along a beautiful route, and the price felt like a deal. The setting made it possible to live in Assisi’s shadow and take in its breadth, which was unexpected. Assisi itself has a mystical, sacred feeling, with God’s Grace tangible to us. Elisabetta helped us focus on and enjoy why we came: the beauty of Assisi and the great Saints whose lives still make God’s Grace and mystical presence feel present. I really enjoyed the stay and the hospitality. The room had everything I needed, with quiet, efficient air conditioning and excellent WiFi. The view is fantastic, and the surrounding area is beautiful and peaceful, while Assisi is still a short drive or even a walk away.

The welcome was very nice, and there’s a bus stop for the city about five minutes away on foot. My room was comfortable, with an excellent bathroom and kitchen, and a beautiful view over Assisi. Highly recommend this B&B.
