The bathroom setup was the main drawback for me. It was outside the room in the corridor, separated from the room and another guest's bathroom by a curtain. I also thought it was strange that there was no TV in the room or the shared space. The room was clean, breakfast was good, and Mrs. Maria Giovanna was kind and helpful. It seems fine for a short stay.

No TV, and the small air conditioner struggled in the 37-degree summer heat. Still, the bed was comfortable, the owner was welcoming and happy to answer questions, and breakfast was delicious, with fresh pastries and croissants.

Stayed one night, about ten minutes by car from Assisi. The rooms and bathrooms were really spacious, but the best part was the owner, who made us feel at home and suggested places to visit and eat. Breakfast was just cappuccino and croissants, both very tasty. Great value.

Our visit went really well. The place is family-run, clean, and friendly, and breakfast is one of its strong points. It's very close to Assisi, so you can get around the whole area easily. I'd definitely recommend it.
