Good value for the price, and the place is clean and quiet. It’s nicely located and easy to reach on foot, with the pool a big plus on sunny days. Breakfast could use more variety and a better area, and the service could be more professional.

The room was simple but clean, and the lady who welcomed us was lovely and accommodating. Breakfast cakes and tarts were homemade and delicious. It’s a beautiful, relaxing location within walking distance of the city center. We had a great time!

The hosts were really nice and friendly, and breakfast was magnificent. The property is large and full of trees, in a beautiful spot just five minutes from the gates of Assis.

We had a wonderful weekend and would gladly meet again. The room was impeccable, with a lovely view, and the owners were very discreet. The garden is so beautiful and peaceful that it’s hard to put into words. The location is ideal for discovering all the history and beauty of splendid Assisi. I recommend it to anyone looking for peace and peace of mind. Thank you, we had such a good time!
