Sonia was really helpful with tips on how to get around, and she also made sure breakfast worked with my dietary needs. There was plenty to choose from, and it was delicious. The B&B itself was lovely and clean, in a beautiful spot. Atrani beach is about a five minute walk, and Amalfi took us around 15-20 minutes on foot. Thanks again, Sonia.

Atrani felt safe, and the room was clean and comfortable. Sonia was friendly, breakfast was good, and housekeeping came every day. The town bells seemed to ring day and night, though. There are lots of stairs, which I expected from the description, but the room doesn’t have much space for big suitcases. Walking toward Amalfi, the car tunnel has no sidewalk and felt scary at times. I also found the AC instructions unclear. The snowflake symbol looked like cooling to me, but it turned out to be the heater. I hadn’t realized housekeeping would come daily, so it would be useful to have a door card to say I didn’t want service that day.

Atrani is a quieter, budget friendly place to stay if you don’t need a lot in town, and Amalfi is a brisk 10 minute walk away for a fraction of the cost. The included breakfast was mediocre. The wifi was pretty weak, so don’t count on streaming video reliably, and the bath towels felt like plastic.

The rooms were cozy and cleaned every day, and the host was great, with useful trip advice. Breakfast was served by the host on the terrace. Just great!

Right in the middle of Atrani, near both the beach and the square. The terrace has a splendid view!
