The place was clean and breakfast was tasty, and included. When I called at 23:00 looking for a room, Fabricio kindly offered us one, gave us directions, and immediately called a restaurant for us. Gracie Mille until next time!

Fabrizio and his wife provide excellent service, with real kindness, know-how, and a willingness to help. The place is very clean, thoughtfully detailed, and tastefully furnished. It’s comfortable for short or long stays, in a quiet setting away from traffic and noise, yet only minutes from the sea at Roseto and Pineto. We’ll definitely be back soon. Highly recommended!

A quiet, well-kept setting, with on-site parking and a new, spotless room. The owner was very kind. I was there on a business trip, and this will be my regular place for future visits.
