The location is spectacular, and the room had everything we needed. Federico was such a kind, lovely host, answering all our questions and helping us throughout our stay. We had a great time here!

The apartment was large, and we loved the mountain views. Since we didn’t have a car, our great host even took us to the supermarket.

The host was always kind and helpful, and the spacious house was clean and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed relaxing in the large garden by the pool. The furnishings are simple and a little dated, but they give it the feel of a genuine country home rather than a luxury farmhouse. I had a wonderful stay and will definitely come back. I’d be happy to recommend it to family and friends.

Surrounded by greenery, the hotel has a garden and pool and is well placed for exploring Lunigiana. The apartments are comfortable and clean, and the owner is super kind and helpful. The sunset was breathtaking. 10/10.

The owner was very friendly and helpful, and the place was spotlessly clean. We asked for an extra pillow, and it was brought to us with latex gloves, something I’d never seen before. We only had one night, which was a shame. There’s a small apartment with a kitchenette, plus a garden, pool, grill, and gazebo.
