We had a lovely half-board stay, with good breakfast and dinner, and polite, accommodating staff. Our family room for four was new, clean, and tidy, with a new bathroom and a large shower. From the balcony we had a beautiful view over the lake. The hotel is in the town centre. It’s a 40-minute walk along the river and lake to the ski slopes. Highly recommended, and we can’t wait to return.

Hotel Centrale is a classic Italian hotel with lovely food, welcoming staff, and beautiful views, with good access to the slopes. It’s spotless, and they clearly pay close attention to cleanliness and presentation. The owner and staff were so friendly and even gave us a discount on ski passes. We come to Auronzo every year for a family ski trip, and this was our third stay here. We had an amazing time, and would absolutely recommend it.

The hotel restaurant has a lovely view, and breakfast came with a great variety of pastries. We found the location convenient and there were free parking spaces. The staff were hospitable. As we understood it, the family has run the hotel for almost 100 years, which gives it an authentic, cosy feel.

We were touched when the owner insisted on driving us to the train station, 17 km away. We were leaving on Sunday and didn’t understand the local transport, then learned from her that there was no public transport that day. We’d planned to take a taxi, so her help really saved us. We spent three days here. The room was very clean, breakfast was delicious, and the owner and her family were friendly and helpful. We also tried the sauna for the first time on our third day and came away feeling refreshed. Dinner at the restaurant was €20 and well worth it: we were full, the food was delicious, and the desserts were yummy. Thanks for everything, we’ll be back soon.

Great views and a nice town. The room was spacious, with a balcony and comfy bed, and the service was good. A great place.
