Bed And Breakfast de Rosa

The location is perfect, but that's about all it has going for it. There's no real privacy since everything is shared, even the hairdryer, and the price isn't any lower than other hotels.

I'm due to give birth soon at the nearby Malzoni clinic, so we contacted the surveyor about a double room. I'd stay for a couple of days before being admitted, then my husband would be there on his own for the remaining days. Leaving that aside, the room was €60 two years ago and is €80 this year. The surveyor said that since we'd stayed before, he'd give us special consideration: €65 without air conditioning or breakfast. That would mean 40-degree heat while I'm nine months pregnant. Air conditioning would be another €10 per day for a week, and breakfast another €10 for a supermarket croissant and machine coffee. We could sit at a bar and pay much less. I understand prices have gone up, but we're not stupid. What would we get without air conditioning, a storage room? I attached a screenshot of the conversation because with breakfast and air conditioning, it comes to €85-90, even more than the original price. Thanks for the consideration, surveyor.

The rooms are modern, neat, and well cared for, and the price is fair. The owner was especially kind and helpful. It's also in a great spot. I'd recommend it to anyone.

We felt very comfortable here, and the owner deserves a special thank you. The B&B was spotless, with a big bathroom and a really comfortable bed. Highly recommended.
