Viva Hotel

I spent three weeks here while working nearby, and the standards stayed high throughout. The staff were super helpful, and both breakfast and dinner were excellent. The cafe beneath the hotel is brilliant, and the location is convenient for everything. There's public parking a two-minute walk away, and it costs 2 euro per day. I can't recommend Viva hotel highly enough.

My stay at Viva! in Avellino was far from pleasant. Construction right outside our window began early in the morning and made it impossible to relax. It felt like an invasion of privacy, and we hadn't been warned about the work beforehand. I also woke up with bed bug bites, which was disgusting and distressing. The hygiene standards were unacceptable. For what we paid, I expected at least a clean, peaceful place. The experience ruined my stay, and I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

Even though I hadn't planned to stay, the room had the basics ready, including a minibar, hairdryer and shampoo, which made things easy. The bed was comfortable, and the shower was spacious and worked well. We ate at the restaurant and enjoyed the food. It was a pleasant stay, and you'd be comfortable here whether the visit was planned or not.

We stayed two nights for a friend's wedding. The service was very good, and our small room was cozy, tidy, and had what we needed. Breakfast was simple; a hot option would have made it better.
