The host was so kind and helpful, and the bed was really comfortable. We had a spacious, very welcoming room, plus an excellent breakfast at a partner cafe. It's centrally located, close to the Castle and the lovely tree-lined square. A fantastic B&B experience, highly recommended.

Carlo was always smiling, thoughtful, and easy to reach. We stayed for two nights, and the room was bright, spacious, and very comfortable, with a lovely bathroom and a large shower. The beds were genuinely comfortable, and the radiator kept the temperature pleasant. Although our room faced a busy street, we slept well and didn't hear the traffic. Highly recommended ❤️

We had a wonderful stay. The owner was so helpful, kind, friendly, and personable, and the rooms were really spacious, fresh, and spotless. The location is right in the center. Absolutely recommend it.

Right behind the B&B are the Town Hall and the Saturday market area. Piazza Risorgimento is a pleasant ten-minute walk away. During the holidays we found a Ferris wheel and a lovely real ice skating rink there. The bar in the square just behind the B&B is handy for breakfast, and there's a takeaway pizzeria in front of the gate, though I'd suggest booking. Parking is another plus. There's no dedicated lot, but plenty of spaces on the public road along the drive to the gate, on the white lines. The B&B is practically in central Avezzano, in a renovated second-floor apartment with four large guest rooms. Two have en-suite bathrooms, and one has a private bathroom in the hallway. There's a kitchen, though we didn't use it. The rooms were clean and warm. Carlo was especially kind and found us a place at a reasonable price despite it being a busy season. A few things could be improved: the bathroom could use maintenance, such as new filters and shower hooks, and the beds and mattresses could do with an overhaul. A hearty Italian breakfast, perhaps served in the kitchen, would be nice too.
