We were eight people and got a loft in the attic. La Chimera dei Marsi is right in the center, and I really enjoyed my stay. It feels like a must-see if you're staying in Avezzano, so I felt I had to leave a review. The place is finely furnished, somewhere between modern and vintage, with a beautiful red bathroom and glossy tiles. The rooms are clean and well appointed, with a TV, towels, and a balcony furnished with a chair, table, and ashtray for smokers. The bathroom also has a hairdryer, shower gel, and more. There's a sofa bed in the living room and a breakfast nook. Don't expect a huge breakfast, but there's plenty to choose from. We paid 20 euros a night.

The staff were so courteous, welcoming, and helpful, especially with COVID going on. I booked this B&B because I needed to be near a clinic, and it was only a few steps away. I hadn't expected much, but the location was handy for everything, with lovely local scenery around it too. Without the medical reason, those views would have been worth coming to see. Highly recommend if you're passing through. 🔝
